Carol Morris Miss Universe 1956

 
Carol Ann Laverne Morris (born 1936), Miss Iowa USA, was the second Miss USA to win the Miss Universe title in the pageant's fifth edition in 1956.

Carol is the second American in only 5 years in the history of the Miss Universe pageant to win the title. She hails from Ottumwa, Iowa. She has made several films in Hollywood. Presently, she travels around the world and is a dance instructor. She is the proud mother of 4 and grandmother of 3.
